How to end your subscription

To end your subscription, you can just let it run out while having the auto-renewal feature disabled (by default) or manually by going to the subscriptions section on the account settings inside the app while being logged in.

When you delete your whole account in the account settings, your currently active subscription will be terminated as well and you will not be charged again. You will still be able to use the app until the end of your active subscription period.

After your subscription ended, your account will be downgraded to a free account. You can still use the app with a free account, but some features will be limited, such as the number of documents you can export / generate per day or additional documents you can save.

For free accounts with a high amount of storage for a longer period of time, we will charge a small yearly fee to cover the costs of the storage and computing resources with the option to backup existing documents to free up cloud storage with the option to restore your backup if you intend to come back later.
