What happens after your subscription ends?

After your subscription ends, you will be downgraded to the free plan. This means that you will lose access to the higher limits and features of the higher plan.

You will still be able to access your documents and groups, but you will not be able to save new documents or groups exceeding the free tier limit.

Every user with a paid subscription can access the import and export features.
The idea is that we keep storing your documents & data for a 90 days grace period, so you do not lose access immediately and have time to backup your data in case you want to come back later.

After this grace period, your documents and data will be deleted to match free tiers limits (randomly). We must do this so we are not charged for unpaid storage.

You can, at any point, upgrade your subscription again and import your backup.
