Editor

Image limits for image step-items in the editor:

• Max. resolution: 1920x1080
• Max. file size: 5 MB
• Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP

If an image exceeds the max. resolution, it will be automatically resized to fit the limits.

Due to technical limitations, the maximal possible underlying file size of one document relies on the browser and its settings. In the default configuration for Google Chrome for example, it's 10 MB in size. This includes all text, images, annotations, custom components code and other media that is added to a document.

Usually, this these limits are enough even for larger documents. We are working on increasing this limit in the future by using different client side storage solutions.

Image limits in templates (e.g. a custom logo):

• Max. file size: 3 MB
• Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP
